Direct answer
Technology Build Direction is an accountable direction mandate for a structural build. ARCHITEKT holds the target, sequencing, decisions, delivery governance, technical quality gates and handover while client teams and specialist vendors can remain the delivery engine.

Questions
- Do I need Build Direction or an Interim CTO?
- Build Direction holds one structural build end to end. An interim seat holds a whole function, including everything unrelated to that build. If the gap is the build, take the direction; if the gap is the function, take the seat.
- Do you replace our vendors?
- No. The mandate arbitrates between them against the target state, and holds the quality gates their work has to pass.
